Physio Devotion ("we", "us", "our") runs this website and the physiotherapy clinic at 2/55 Back Side Subhash Nagar, New Delhi 110027. This page explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

We do not ask for medical details through this website. Please do not send clinical information, reports or scans through the enquiry form. Bring them to your appointment or hand them to us directly.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange an appointment.
- To keep a record of appointment requests so we can follow up.
- To keep the website secure and working, and to block automated abuse.
We do not use your details for marketing unless you ask us to, and we never sell them.
Who can see it
Enquiries are stored in this website's own database and are read by Physio Devotion staff. They are also handled by:
- our web hosting provider, which stores the website and its database;
- our email provider, which delivers enquiry notifications to us.
These providers act on our instructions. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Clinical records
Records created during your treatment at the clinic are separate from this website and are kept confidentially as part of your care. This policy covers the website only.
How long we keep it
Website enquiries are kept while they are useful for following up your request, and are deleted when they are no longer needed. Server logs are kept for a short period for security purposes.
Cookies
This website sets a session cookie so forms work correctly and to protect them against misuse. It does not identify you personally. If we add analytics or embedded content such as maps or video, those services may set cookies of their own.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it if it is wrong, or to delete it. Write to us using the details below and we will respond.
Security
The website is served over an encrypted connection, passwords are stored only as one-way hashes, and access to the admin area is restricted. No website can promise perfect security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.
